Like the title says... I need new tires. My Toyo's looked great, destroyed by gas mileage, but looked good:skull Going to step it back to an AT tire. Should I just roll with the tried and true BFG AT's, or is there another E Rated AT out there in a 16" rim 33" tall tire that would be worth looking at. I think the Toyo's are acutally 285/75 R16's. I do tow with it and use it as a Truck so I'd like to stick with the E rating.

Thank you in advance.

I just got the Toyo rts a few months back. No complaints so far and they have a mileage warranty, the mts don't

I am running Cooper Discovery R/T3 on 16" rims. They come with a 55,000 mile warranty and are surprisingly quiet even when pulling the fifth wheel. They are E rated with a aggressive tread. Was up in the Mammoth area last month at Convict lake in some deep snow and the tires did very good clearing them selves, haven't had them in the mud yet so I can't comment on that, hope this helps.

I know you were asking about an AT but I've been having good luck with the Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac with Kevlar in the same size you're asking about. Not the least expensive tire around but no complaints from me! Planning to order 2 more next week. :D

Michelin ltx ms2. Ive had nitto terra grapplers and dura grapplers in the 285/75/16 E rated tire. They were disappointing. Both sets broken belts with 50% tread left. Breaking in the terra grapplers sucks ass. It happened with 3 different sets with 50% failure rate.

I just put on nitto ridge grapplers there a cross between a/t and m/t tires, night and day better than my previous m/t tires. Also, they are F rated

I just put on 285 Hankook Dynapro ATMs on my super duty. Really nice, aggressive AT tread pattern, looks great, and virtually silent on the road. Great price on them too compared to the Nittos and Toyos.

I am on my second set of the Duratrac with no complaints. First set had 50k and wore very evenly. Happy with my second set as well.

I've had them and liked them but they were hard to get for awhile. I recently went back to the nitto Terra grapplers. They are quiet and 50K mile tire.

I am also running the Hankook Dynapro Ats on my 2500 hd nice tire I have 40 k miles on them and still going. I will tell you I put a set of the Goodyear wranglers with Kevlar on and immediately went back and had them take them off worst riding tire I've ever had on the truck!

Check Nitto Ridge Grapplers.

They make E and F rated.

They are dead quiet on the road and perform well in the rain. I have had them in the mud once and they worked great.

I have run every tire under the sun almost. This tire is the best of all worlds.

I am also running the same tire. Have had nothing but excellent wear and pretty damn quite. I have them in old E as well. Ran them on my old jeep as well. Perfectly balanced tires with barely the lightest weights to balance out.
