Want to bring my restaurant to Havasu... Looking for restaurant space... preferably already built out.. obviously make minor changes will be made but the expensive stuff is done... (hood, grease trap, kitchen area is plumbed....etc.

I have a copany looking but the RDP gang knows alot about what is out there... If the info is public already please share for me... if its still under the radar or you heard it from a friend who heard it from a friend ..please DM me...

That was Taco Hacienda, that building is in really poor shape probably not worth rehabbing, also has terrible parking situation.

Casa Serrano is or was down near McDonald’s at Havasu’s “restaurant row”
It’s my understanding that they did close, but I have no clue if anybody else has moved in. Seems like a decent location.
Fairly close to the channel.

Just remembered, I heard Pizza Hut closed down. Might not be the restaurant decor. The OP is looking for, but it’s just down from Cassa Serrano location.

Right between in and out and chabones is a friend almost done restaurant. 2 story. Bar. Elevator.
It was near completed when covid hit.
Then city issues. Then city issues.
Then more city issues.
There's action again on it, he might be finishing to sell now.
Great location. Tons of parking. Walk to village. 90% of the work is done.
There's obviously a lot to the story of why it's taking this long. It's also not his sole income.
Love a good seafood place in town

We talked with the owner about this, and it sounds like the landlord didn't renew their lease and has already leased the old building to a "chain restaurant."

That was changed to a tropical smoothie cafe about two years ago. Building was completely gutted and remodeled.
