Just some info for whomever about the injector services. Not directing at any service but will report what I know. It is hard to say for a service 100 % to tell one that their injectors will be done in one day when they have not been tested. For one they are electrical and mechanical operation (basically solenoids ). The electrical side is not fixable in 90 percent of the time. ( if an injector has an electrical issue. This also can be tested by running the injector and testing impedance for a jist of info ) One machine alone can not test every injector on the market. Most can test your standard top feed fuel injector but what machine is being used,, currently there really is 2 machines sold that do a great job. All the rest are gambles and many are cheap china offerings for testing machines.

Also not saying this about one service nor pointing the finger at anyone in the injector biz but do you know the before and after graphs plus reports, a lot are BS. Anyone can print anything. especially to make them look great. Hence I tested the honesty before and after reports 9 years ago and a lot were BS reports back to me as I sent many injectors out for testing. A lot would make their service look wonderful and even claimed that they remaned the injectors. Many have no clue on remaning an injector. That is a specialized service and very very few in the market. The fabbed reports was the main reason why I started my own injector service for my boat customers instead of sending them out 9 years ago.

Always get a referral for this service and ask questions about their service. Especially what brand of machine is being use and the testing processes . Again not directing my statements about anyone service nor persons providing injector services

there's a major Injector re-manufacturing place right off the 605 and 60 fwy's. On the same side as (E) and So. of the CAT. Equip. facility. Their building is visible from the So. bound side of the 605 fwy. I know they do Bosch as I had considered them for my Duramax inj. but decided to go w/ new ones. They were recommended by the shop that replaced mine. Sorry I don't remember the name it's been a couple years now. You could always call Bosch tech. line and inquire about a local authorized re-man. co. too. (or call whomever the inj. mfg. is for their specific recommendation.)

Thx, I send them to levey29 on RDP or BUP on offshore only, now if only the us mail will give them back. This is how f*cked up they are. Levey29 shipped them priority on Tuesday, I’ve been tracking them, delivery was to be Friday, .I see they make it to San Bernardino at 3 am Thursday, I think all will be good, then they go to city of industry Thursday at 11am. Now I’m thinking wtf, they had to go through Cucamonga to get to industry. They sit in industry till 3am Friday morning, tracking says left industry in route to the destination, will be delivered by 8pm Friday nite.I waited all day at the house in Cucamonga, mail , every day comes at 2, Friday at 2 nothing, 3,4,5, nothing, I’m only waiting for these so I can head to Havasu. 5:30 rolls around, guess what, nothing for me on the god damn truck. I check the tracking and it still says it’s coming Friday. Mail dude tells me I’m fuc*ed. I have to come out to Havasu for a appointment sat. Morn so pissed off I blast out here. 3 hours 15minutes, my best time. Check the tracking again it says they are now in route to Anaheim WTF. they spend the night in Anaheim, and left this morning for, the distribution center, where they are now who knows.
It’s a Russian conspiracy I’m sure of it.

Finally shows delivered at 10.01 AM 6 / 18 / 18. Jeepers - UNREAL. And yes I wanted you to get them ASAP as well. It has to be California post office delivery. I had NY, Ohio . Indy , Missouri and Dallas TX all 2 days delivery last week plus yours to Cali for completed boat owners fuel injectors that were tested... All was delivered in 2 days except yours. Unreal and please tell me you got them. THANKS and Sorry about that. We both were at the Mercy of the Post Office delivery for yours. Everyone else shipments were good and on time. Yes, got them in hand, thx for the speedy turn around on your end John. The USPS, not so much, lol. I’ll get them back in Friday, recheck fuel pressure and try and decide who is going to do a on the water tune. I’ve asked many inmates who they would use, and it seems everyone has their favorite guy, nobody seems to name the same guy twice. Maybe I’m overthinking it. I do know, if it goes lean it gets real expensive fast.

Update:
I sent my injectors off to Levey 29. John went through them, provided video of them on test jig. We talked a lot, but in the end he said they where in great shape.
I’ve installed them, put about 3 hours on them, the boat runs great, and my transom is almost (95%) soot free.
I have also talked to Brian Macy of the efi store, I might get a touch up on my tune, he said my afr is pretty darn close. So....at the moment, the damn thing is running clean.
