Need a Special Radiator Cap

Father in law has a '59 Corvette and is in Big Bear for the show this weekend. He blew a radiator cap up there and can't find a replacement. Apparently it isn't a regular cap and has some sort of water bleed functionality on it or something. He says it's this one, but I can't tell what's so special about it. He will send me pictures in a little while.

Does anybody know where I might be able to get one of these anywhere from OC to Big Bear early tomorrow? If we can find one, we'll take it up to him. I'm going to check SoCal Speed Shop in the morning but some alternatives would be good too.

Most likely that is just a billet cover with a regular radiator cap wedged inside, flip it over and take a pic.

It should be like the one Sharp Shooter posted, but in 16 pound.
