I need to pull the Placecraft of of its dolly trailer so the trailer can get some work done. I need a trailer for a couple weeks that the boat can sit on. Doesn't need to be nice, doesn't need to be registered, tires only need to hold air for an hour or so. I'd like to swap at Windsor, and then it will go directly up Industrial and about 1/4 mile past Havasu Ave to my storage and will sit until I can swap them back which will most likely be a couple weeks.

I have a small boat dolley that I put my 19 daytona and my mach 22 on while working on the trailers. If you don't need to transport it just move off your trailer you can use it. It's 10' long can put in the bed of a truck or on a trailer
I'm in Havasu

I have no way of moving the boat off the trailer other than launching it. Thank you though!

Do you have access to a forklift or an engine hoist??? You could pick up the dolly @dp70 mentioned, and lift the boat off the trailer at your storage. Slide the trailer out and the dolly underneath. Pull the trailer aside and then push your boat and dolly back inside your storage unit. 👍 Then you could take your trailer to the shop and have the work done. Easy peezy!

No, I don’t live here. I have a Home Depot set of tools and a storage unit. I live 1200 miles away and brought the boat down to enjoy and get trailer worked on. We thought the boat could remain on trailer but found some other issues while looking deeper that will require the boat to be off the trailer to fix.

It can be done with a floor jack, Jack stands, and a couple pieces of lumber.

2 things-

1- Yes, it can be, by someone, that someone is not me. The last thing on my life agenda is try to remove a $100K plus boat that is very nice with light layup from its trailer.

2- I am 1200 miles from home. I don't have any this type of stuff with me.

Just trying to let you know there’s an easy alternative if you can’t find a trailer. Good luck

I have worked on that boat and trailer and have tools in town, cherry picker, floor jacks and jack stands. I know where there's a fork lift and A frame as well, those are a little harder to transport though. If you want a hand getting it on to Danny dp70's dolly I will help
