It's weird to be at the River and not be able to get Badenoch's for breakfast......We went to Fox's first but they weren't open yet. Then went to Pirate's but no luck there. Ended up getting a really good breakfast at Roadrunner.

Great thread of the family vacation. I like to call trips with family and friends "making lasting memories." The kids will remember this trip for a lifetime, because of all the fun times shared together. Keep making these types of family fun times shared and memories happening. :thumbup:

My stepdad and Mom came from La Quinta for the day to hang out with us. Had a great day on the river.




Hung out with a bunch if friends at the Sandbar that we hadn't seen in years from the Visalia Tulare area.

So nice. Always room wherever you want to go. We pulled up to the sandbar and had the place to ourselves for a while. Then went to roadrunner and had the whole dock to ourselves.

Mike Mack taught Gerrit how to ski. He did great. He was pretty shy, quiet and scared at first but after the first pull he was all smiles.

Awesome to See him skiing ! It's a lost water sport, most kids want to tube or wake board. Hope he takes a liking to it !

How do you like that Smith and Forge Cider? Been wondering how its going to do long term. We have been on a new product blitz lately and I always wonder which ones will stick. I tried it and thought it was pretty good. Not a sweet as a lot of the competition, trying to appeal more to men.

Ramey's is a meat locker in Brawley that has really good meats. Their carne asada is crazy good.
