What a race in Atlanta. Haven’t seen a race that good in probably ten years! Carnage everywhere, didn’t matter. Three wide finish within three thousandths of a second. Awesome! F1 is still sissy racing.

I saw the victory lane interview and didn't see anything there.. so figured you were talking about some sort of media center press conference deal. He definitely wasn't referencing the complexion of the audience.

NASCAR is still my favorite 4-wheeled left turn form of motorsports, but I've fallen in love with sprint cars mainly the wingless. Perris Auto Speedway last night:

You can usually catch repeats if you missed it on Fox Sports 1, usually middle of the night. If you can DVR it you’ll get most of it. (They do skip over red flag delays, cut some of the accident replays etc to get it to fit in their replay window, but the green flag racing is usually all there. )

Arrive early, traffic on race day can be bad, wear sunblock, pre game a few beers in the parking lot will save you some money. Fly by this year will be A-10’s.

Pretty much every Sunday thru November there is a race. Next Sundays race is at Vegas. 12:30 PDT.

Give yourself time to wander around and view the displays/booths it's part of the experience. Although the number of displays and booths has diminished over the years, there is still plenty to see. You can take in a small cooler with food, water and soda. No beers

Speaking of Phoenix… anyone interested in a Trackside RV spot? I have an extra spot not being used this race. It’s right on the track, backstretch at the exit of turn two. The back of the spot over looks the Drivers RV lot and has views of the access tunnel. Was getting ready to post it and seen this topic and I thought why not highjack this thread. I believe it’s somewhere at +/-2,500$.

I've always followed the outlaws loosely but really got serious about USAC CRA last year and went to a bunch of races and the Western Worlds at Cocopah. It's all Flo Racing's fault

Vegas is a fun track to camp in the infield not has good has Autoclub speedway Fontana but you can go into Vegas for the day
