After reading a post about old BMX bikes last week, it got me thinking about my childhood and the fact that we were too damn poor to get anything cool like this.
Now I want to find some of the old school five spoke wheels for it. I rode it around a little last night and all I could think of was finding some jumps:skull

I started with MotoMags, but they were metal and too heavy. Then went to Tuff Wheels. My last bike was a SuperGoose and I ran a tuff wheel in the back and an alloy up front. good times.

I'm 45 years old so I won't be doing anything too crazy just having a little fun.
I'm not concerned with weight so much as style and cost for the wheels. This is just a play bike. At some point I'll probably strip down and have everything PCed and repolish the chrome and aluminum stuff to suit my taste.

I had the midlife BMX crisis years ago. Now I have a room dedicated to it :/

I never heard of such a thing.
You guys are nuts. I haven't jumped a bike over a ramp since I was 12. And at my age and weight, either the bike would break or I would. :D

Makes me miss my old GT with the Skyway's! Such a simpler time then, maybe things just get tougher when your old.

I still have my GT Mach One, my Redline Proline XL that I built frome a bare frame, with CF Spinns. And I have my Felt fuse, that I use for my knock around bike.
