My wifes trainer wrote up a 2 month daily meal plan for me, today is day 1. I can honestly say I am not hungry in the slightest and was not able to finish my lunch. We modified dinner a bit because there is no fucking way I can eat 24 asparagus at one sitting LOL. Here is a day in the life, also need to consume at least 1 gallon of water a day.

Breakfast
3 whole eggs
1 sting cheese
1 cup of blueberries
2 cups of strawberries
12 almonds

Snack
1 hardboiled egg
1/2 cup of grapes
1 macadamia nut

Lunch
3oz grilled chicken breast
12 asparagus
1 cup of green beans
1/2 apple
15 olives

Snack
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 cup strawberries
1/2 cup grapes
6 almonds

Dinner
4oz grilled chicken breast
2 1/2 cup broccoli
24 asparagus
20 olives

Evidently there is some real science to this shit, the idea is that my body is going to start burning off stored fat over the next couple of weeks. Ive put on about 10lbs since I quit the copenhagen and was packin a few extra prior to that, looking to shed 20+ lbs of dead weight. Ive never been a fat guy and looking to stop the weight gain before its to late.

It changes everyday, Jeremy the guy that wrote this for me owns the crossfit box my wife goes to. He does this for a lot of people and the results are pretty crazy, Ive been floundering around so I decided to bring in a ringer LOL. Here is pic of Jeremy, he used to be a fat guy.

You can loose weight by just cutting out bad carbs and bad sugars , something like the Atkins diet or the anti-cancer diet Ketogenic Diet, (removing foods rich in white flour and added sugars, starchy, sugary carbohydrate foods low in nutrients, Bad sugars increase your risk of gaining weight and of developing Type 2 diabetes and heart disease). You may feel sluggish the first week but most feel better than ever thereafter.

Isn't that pretty much what I'm doing? LOL that's all well and good but it does not tell me what to eat, how much to eat, and when to eat it. As it sits I have every thing I will consume this week planned, weighed, measured and packed in the fridge ready to go.

All Ive done all day is eat, drink and piss LOL Its 7:30 and I still am not hungry for dinner. I did notice a difference in my energy levels today, no low spots, just even keel all day. That part was kind of cool, this is no big deal, gonna knock it out of the park and then move on to the next item on my "shit to do if you want to be a bad mother fucker with the one life you have to live list" :D

I drink about a gallon a day and was pissing every 15-30 minutes for a few days. Once your body gets used to it you wont be going as much. You do need to drink a lot of water to keep the kidneys flushed. You urine should always be clear.

Yes, I agree I think this is the way to go. For some people it's hard to give up the bad sugar & carb's, kind of like trying to stop smoking.

Sort of, Ive been tripping a bit. My sister didn't make it past 40 (breast cancer) I'll be 38 in March. I'm seeing friends getting sick, and lots of folks putting off doing things they want to do thinking they will have time later. I gave up tobacco a while back, cold turkey done deal. looking to drop a few pounds I put on and fit comfortably back into some of my tailored suits, they don't come with stretchy pants LOL. I also have been teaching my daughter to snowboard, over the next few years I plan on doing a lot of riding with her and my wife in the winters, but would like to avoid injury myself, once again extra weight is not beneficial. On top of all that I would like to hit mid life as a stud and not some out of shape has been. I realize that without health you dont have shit, no bank balance in the world will fix poor health. So the goal is not skinny jeans or to find some young woman, but more so to enjoy the life I have created for myself to the fullest, if I have to eat some wierd diet to get things running right again then so be it.

Whatever it takes to make you feel good about yourself. There are no guarantees obviously. You can be in great shape and get cancer or die I'm an accident. At least being in shape allows you to get out and do things to enjoy life. I guess if you enjoy watching tv and laying on the couch, that's ok too. Good for you for having some positive goals and seeing then through.

All kidding aside good for you.....

I try and eat pretty good and my weight always stays were I want it (190-195lbs) As a type 1 diabetic for 24 years I know that sooner or later my internals are going to give up the ghost and quit. I try and walk a fine line between imediate satisfaction and long term security...lol

I wish I had the time or desire to head to the gym or work out nightly like people I know. Truth is I'm not that guy and would much rather bust my ass working on a car or around the house. (working out in a gym is terribly boring)

The only thing I want to do when I get off work is to head home and spend a couple hours with my wife and kid before they go to sleep.

Kinick is a stud...zone diet is pretty good but hate weighing/measuring your food. Unlike the paleo "flu" (your energy levels fluctuating as your body gets used to its new fuel) you should be good with the zone. Shit the next thing you know you will be starting up crossfit with the wife. Nice job...you will be amazed at how good you feel!

Its funny you mention that, Fabio and Jeff are both on pretty crazy diets and in amazing shape. I can only last about 30 minutes in the car and I am beat to shit, like 2 day recovery. Fabio is 53 and has been a professional athlete of some sort his entire life, you would not think that being in top physical condition is a prerequisite for this shit but it is. As far as the crew goes, well thats a different story LOL:D

Stay with it. Six years go I weighed 260lbs and today I'm at 195. I've done some running, fasting, and cutting out some good stuff. Just recently I've climbed on board the Paleo train. I dropped 1 size in the paints and 10lbs in 3 weeks. I sleep better and more energy. At 53 years old I need all the pep I can get. Good luck. :thumbsup

Down 5lbs in 4 days, bust most noticeable is a consistent energy level and I have not gotten to the point where I am hungry since I started this.
