I shoulda bought one of these a long time ago. There's a few hundred feet of fence line around our property. The now retired hand pump sprayer and my bum shoulders didn't work well together, and the battery powered deal is the bomb.

And OBTW, Roundup concentrate is expensive! Rolled through $150 worth in 2 hours.

I’ve had this for about 5 years. I’m still using the original battery, though a charge isn’t lasting quite as long.

Tractor supply sells their glyphosphate 41% (equivelent of roundup purple) 2 gallons for $100.

I have a 25 gallon sprayer that i use on my 5 acres. Mine sits in the back of the mule. Doesnt hurt my shoulders either.

Good luck!

I should have thought of Tractor Supply. There's one a few miles from us.

Thanks for the tip.

Haven't been able to find Round Up Purple. Been using the cheap-o WalMart equiv and with good results.

What ratios are you guys mixing? Round up can go 8oz per gallon of water. Just a light dusting on plants is all you’ll need. We’re talking dots on plant leaves. Anymore than that and you’re just wasting money.

Atwoods. RM43 Total vegetation killer. Don't get it on any plants or trees that you want to keep. 24 oz. in my 16 gallon sprayer does the job. Slow acting, but usually good most of the season.

This is what I use...price has increased pretty significantly over the last couple of years though and it's very hard to find in california. I think Tractor Supply still carries it but not in the big two and a half gallon jugs. I usually send mine to my dad's house in Bullhead.

Noticed the price dropped some since the Covid scam.
