I'm right there with you. Can't afford to not get paid long term, couple months no brainer, but it would start to get real interesting if it went longer without any pay. I am a Christian. I believe in Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. Each of the available Covid-19 vaccines used aborted fetal tissue during development, testing and/or production. To receive a vaccine to protect myself at the cost of an innocent life is morally reprehensible to me. To put it more formally: for the reasons explained in the subsequent paragraphs, as a Christian, partaking in a vaccine made from aborted fetuses makes me complicit in an action that offends my religious faith. As such, I cannot, in good conscience and in accord with my religious faith, take any such Covid vaccine at this time. Please provide a reasonable accommodation to my belief, as I wish to continue to be a good employee, helpful to the team.

I can explain my position in detail, and if you choose to keep reading, I will. I have done a lot of research, and I am standing my ground. In fact, if we could have this conversation in person, that would be greatly preferred and you would likely understand my perspective better than paragraphs of quoted scripture.

Each of the manufacturers of the Covid-19 vaccines currently available developed and/or confirmed their vaccines using fetal cell lines, primarily HEK-293, which originated from aborted fetuses. J&J used an aborted fetal cell line in manufacturing its Covid-19 vaccine, while Moderna and Pfizer used aborted fetal cell lines in testing the efficacy of their vaccines.

I believe the Bible to be the living Word of God provided to us as guidance on how to live to bring glory to God. 2 Timothy 3:16 – “All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness” As a Christian, the Bible is foundational to my faith, and I try to live my life accordingly. The Bible teaches against abortion and that it amounts to nothing less than the taking of a human life created by God. Although abortion is commonly seen as a political topic, to me, it is far more, as it is literally a matter of life and death according to God's Word. The sacred nature of life and the commands against taking innocent life are very clear. The Bible explicitly speaks of God’s plan and purpose for every unborn life. God knows us before we are even conceived. Jeremiah 1:4-5 – The word of the Lord came to me, saying, “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.” God’s is at work while we are growing in the womb. Psalm 139:13-16 – For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place, when I was woven together in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be. The 10 Commandments state murder, the taking of innocent human life, is a sin. Exodus 20:131 – You shall not murder. Proverbs 6:16-17 it states there are six things the Lord hates, one of them being hands that shed innocent blood. In addition, Jesus Himself said “Even so it is not the will of your Father in heaven that one of these little ones should perish" (Matthew 18:14). Aborted fetal cell lines were used in the research and testing of all three Covid vaccines. Receiving a vaccine in any way connected to abortion would be complying with an action the Bible says the Lord hates.

The use of these types of vaccines is morally unacceptable to me. The Bible teaches in Romans 2:15 that our “consciences bear witness” as to what God requires of His followers. Acts 24:16 tells us to “take pains and have clear conscience towards both God and man.” There is not an argument that can be made that will convince me there is ever a "greater good" that can justify the murder of the unborn to God. What this means is that being vaccinated with any of the currently available Covid-19 vaccines would make me complicit in abortion. I cannot reconcile that with God. Can you?

A separate issue for me is the instruction to abstain from contaminating my body with substances that may be threatening to my bodily health. In so doing, I am to avoid introducing unnecessary drugs and chemicals of all kinds into my body. This direction is the same reason I have no tattoos, no piercings, do not drink in excess, do not smoke, and have never even sampled recreational drugs regardless of legal status. Why, then, would I accept injecting the byproduct of murdered children?
1 Corinthians 3:16-17 states “Don’t you know they you yourselves are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in your midst? If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy that person; for God’s temple is sacred, and you together are that temple.” In addition, 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 states, “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore, honor God with your bodies.” I trust in God’s perfect design of my body. The vaccine by design alters the DNA.
To me, this issue is similar to others eating "clean" vs. “unclean” food. Orthodox Jews do not eat non-kosher foods. No one in the United States is required to consume a substance contrary to their faith. Few will argue that plenty of non-kosher foods are completely healthy, but religious faith compels certain individuals to decline their consumption. Even if the non-kosher food was the best or most efficient option to obtain certain nutrients, it would not be enough to justify and order to ignore their faith and compel them to consume the unclean food. Orthodox Jews still get all of the necessary nutrients without compromising their health or faith. In the same manner, certain individuals can decline the Covid-19 vaccine without compromising health or faith. I am one of those individuals who chooses to follow the Word of God and will not compromise my values or my commitment to God.

The Bible says as Christians, we are not to submit to any governing authority or policy that is contradictory to God’s Word. (See the Book of Daniel, Acts 5:27-29, and 1 John 2:4) “You are to have no other God’s before me.” We are to keep God’s commands even in the face of policy that forbids it, (Daniel 6:7-10) God is not anti-medicine. I am not anti-vaccine, and have had the same vaccinations that most of us had growing up, as have all of my children. If I have made an error along the way and unintentionally taken something I shouldn't have, it was only through ignorance and I will seek forgiveness. I will not, however, knowingly violate God's will. My personal religious beliefs require me to reject abortion, to reject emphatically any attempt at personal benefit from the killing of an unborn child, and to keep my body clean as a temple to the Holy Spirit. I cannot and will not sacrifice my personal beliefs simply to comply with the compelled vaccination policy. I have a responsibility to honor the Lord through my body and choices, and that is why I am submitting this request for religious exemption.
For the reasons stated above, I am requesting a religious accommodation, under Title VII and the Fair Employment and Housing Act that will excuse me from having to receive a Covid-19 vaccine. Lastly, I request that no adverse employment action be taken against me no account of my religious beliefs. Thank you for your consideration.

The Bible says as Christians, we are not to submit to any governing authority or policy that is contradictory to God’s Word. (See the Book of Daniel, Acts 5:27-29, and 1 John 2:4) “You are to have no other God’s before me.” We are to keep God’s commands even in the face of policy that forbids it, (Daniel 6:7-10) God is not anti-medicine. I am not anti-vaccine, and have had the same vaccinations that most of us had growing up, as have all of my children. If I have made an error along the way and unintentionally taken something I shouldn't have, it was only through ignorance and I will seek forgiveness. I will not, however, knowingly violate God's will. My personal religious beliefs require me to reject abortion, to reject emphatically any attempt at personal benefit from the killing of an unborn child, and to keep my body clean as a temple to the Holy Spirit. I cannot and will not sacrifice my personal beliefs simply to comply with the compelled vaccination policy. I have a responsibility to honor the Lord through my body and choices, and that is why I am submitting this request for religious exemption.
For the reasons stated above, I am requesting a religious accommodation, under Title VII and the Fair Employment and Housing Act that will excuse me from having to receive a Covid-19 vaccine. Lastly, I request that no adverse employment action be taken against me no account of my religious beliefs. Thank you for your consideration.

Well if more people are forced from their jobs that's more people forced to be dependent on government! That's their plan while lining their pockets with "backdoor" money.

If you resist, they will make it harder and harder for you to get goods and services while charging you more, i.e. medical insurance, covid tests, home schooling kids and so on. They are not backing down and neither should anyone on the opposite side. It seems like little by little strides are being made against them and people should continue to do so.
