14yo asked what the international waters distance was. Then asked how you would "start a country". In my head, I'm thinking China style building islands. Then the 13yo pops in with the idea for an aircraft carrier...not bad, lots of room. As we're driving home, they get to talking about the cruise ships being scrapped

Will need some LEO's, and some medical types as well as all the standard stuff...they are floating cities. Won't need a jail, a plank will do. Haven't figured out the economy yet...tourism? Bring back the old school "floating casino"? Some bugs to work out.

Well then, we have our goals. Lord knows we will need some place to hoist our flag.
