Tough choice. The OB boat if it’s my regular ride. Skaters are tough to pass on though. Just something about their lines.

Out of my league no matter how do it. But that OB is just bad ass all the way around.

Not sure if this skater is registered or not yet. It’s part of the “west coast drive contingent” though so I’d expect it to be there.

I've always wondered how different it would feel going from an open cabin boat to a canopy boat. Different sensation of speed I'd imagine.

The weather was awesome today!
I actually spent time walking around the new marina. Riveria was nice. Huge potential to be ‘the spot’ in Havasu

There are certain machines that just strike me as sexy, sleek, beautiful.... perfect without knowing anything about ride, performance, practicality, ect.

The outboard MTI 390 is one of those machines.

Eliminators latest 33x Speedster has air conditioning for the under deck and cockpit.

So I had the canopied AMT/Doug Wright outboard race cat with neon tips in Havasu. Sold it about a year and a half ago. It was full canopied, prior owner opened the hatch opening bigger and tossed the hatch so it was open but basically closed. I loved it. Like absolutely loved it. Going back to a non canopied boat kinda sucks to me now. But without ac it was hot in there during really hot summer days. It had 2 blowers with vents in the dash that moved outside air in. Which felt great on days that were 110 and below. Overall it was a great experience and I would love to have one again. Visibility was never an issue for me
