What's this crap about not being able to shoot a mountain lion? In self defense you can shoot whatever the hell you want. I wouldn't try to hide the fact I shot one if it happened on my property. Well maybe I would, I'd love a nice cougar pelt. Friend of ours has a cabin in bass lake with a stuffed cougar I'll have to ask how he got ahold of that lol

The last one up there was just steps off my dads property in Auburn Trails.
School bus stops all over the vast place had armed parents accompanying the kids.
Probably going back to that.

Straight razor totin' bad ass house cat we had. Tuff MoFo, brutal strong and smart, way more than he looks.
I can only imagine how much tougher a cougar could be.
If a intruder enters the daughter bedroom her instructions were to throw her cat at the bad guy.

This is absolutely heartbreaking. Happened about 10 miles from my daughter’s house. Just last week she spotted one on her way to work after she dropped my granddaughter off at the bus stop and went back and picked her up and took her and a few other kids to school. Definitely won’t be hiking or waiting for the bus anytime soon. They are in a pretty remote area.
