Technically yes. They will be rock hard by then. 8-10 years depending is optimal replacement.

We have a few friends with good ones. They are all probably 10ish years old. They are damn near solidified.

Implants don't change in viscosity. That is scar tissue.

Imagine if they offered silicone implants for men but then again what man would want to pitch a tent 24/7

You guys are talking about old tech. New stuff is superbly better and I've felt quiet a few that were over 10 years old..... No hardening on them. I do believe the method of which they are installed matters a great deal as well.
What they are guaranteed for and how long they actually last are 2 different things . Does a tire with an 80k warranty actually last that long ??
Dude, they aren't a fucking wear item. They don't get smaller as they are used or anything. It's not a pro-rated warranty either.

If the tire does not I get money back :).

Materials used now Vs. 10 years ago have changed notably. The doctors that do the procedures are now saying 15+ years and there is no reason you can’t go 20.

Gravity is still a thing, they need support after modification and the implant will outlast the tissue around it.

Install def does make a difference. Under over muscle also size. Going too large on a small frame.

And is the warranty a "full replacement deal" or pro-rated like tires?? In other words if there has been excessive use you gotta pay 50%
