To explain why I said that I’d like to tell you what it is from the other side..

Invariably in everyone of those threads someone always pushes it too far.. they post some nudie pic etc.. believe me I spend more time on pornhub than anyone, but I don’t want to deal with the legalities that all brings..

The second problem is about three times a week I get copyright infringement emails from either the photographers that took the photos, some modeling agency or sometimes from the models themselves..

I generally deal with it and find the pic they are complaining about and remove it from the thread but it is very time consuming.

No different then posting pics of boats from the likes of BCB, NorTec, Skater etc, etc. Looking for some guidance so to not make your life any more miserable.

Generally speaking if the photo is downloaded and then reposted it is copyright infringement. In most cases nobody cares, but in some cases they do..

A good example of that is a lot of social media groups will download Tom’s s photos and repost them on their Instagram or Facebook pages. It’s quite frustrating because they didn’t spend the money renting the helicopters and other things to get that photo etc. most of them now just offer a photo credit or say courtesy of wherever they got the photo. But virtually none of them are actually paying the money to get the content.

So I get it when these other guys hit me up because a lot of times I have been stuck in that same position.
