Seams like a killer deal ! We need to check out this park .We need a change from our place and it would be half the drive . What's the rental program there ?

Park is part of the San Bernadino County system, space rent is $380 and is regulated by rent control. So basically, they cannot legally raise the rent by more than 8% annually and there is an approval process the County board of supervisors needs to be a part of. I'll be out friday through Monday if anyone would like to see it. "Wish" is correct, nice park, great neighbors and several folks have shown interest. Our family has out grown and we got a bigger place..

Looks like a great set up out there, wish I was in a position to pull the trigger on something like this. Until then we will continue to camp on the peninsulas and deal with the shitty roads out there!
