Better to buy 2 sets of batteries and get the grinder and inflator. Then you have 4 batteries.

I will do the same with Dewalt. Keep buying the 2 batteries and getting either the tool or battery free. One of my guys needs 6 batteries. 2 of them can use 2 each. The batteries being replaced I bought in 2015-2016.

I was trying to figure out how many Dewalt 20V batteries I own after my last post. Lol

Milwaukee M18 probably only 15 or so. M12 around the same. Dewalt maybe 50-60. I sharpie the date on them and color code them for which truck they belong to. Problem with Milwaukee is they are black and hard to right on so I bought a scribe pen that got delivered yesterday so I can engrave them.

It is addicting. I bought the fuel bandsaw 2 weeks ago and now the compressor. I want the vacuum and then I think I'm good for a bit.The bandsaw was a good deal too, 8 amp battery and saw for 300.

I had a job that I needed to cut a ton a metal tubing, basically a thick as fence posts, sawsall would do it but no where near as effectively. It was perfect. Seconds to cut through and in to the next one.

I did buy this bag for the inflator. The pictures make it look like it has a lot of structure and shape to it, but it's just a bag.

Works great, though. I keep a couple batteries handy on the side pockets.

Just a FYI Swag doesn't make a table per se for the M12 bandsaw, i made a little block that screws in place of the foot on the bandsaw and then tapped it so it would attach to the Swag table

It pumps the bags in my truck to 30lbs in several seconds.

I’d be concerned about popping a bicycle tire. Dirt bike might be ok but you have to keep your finger on the button. The auto shutoff won’t keep up.

If I set it to 30lbs for my bags, it’ll put 50 in by the time the auto shutoff gets a reasonable readout, which is only 6 or 7 seconds.

I’m referring to the Milwaukee m18. Bought it last year.

Just wanted to let you know this just happened to me this morning while inflating my scooter tires. The inflater overshoots the runway a little bit. Must have something to do with the volume and pressure of the smaller wheels. I learn something new everyday..

Yes. All M18 tools work with same batteries.

The smaller M12 batteries is a different platform that uses M12.

I have the m 12 inflator,

If I’m at the trail head, I’ll air up the jeep 37’s to say 25 /28 to drive home - just to save batteries! I can do that w/ one battery and fairly quick.
This would be Ocotillo Wells to Escondido 75 miles, not highway speeds for 2 hours !

Once home I’ll bump it back up to 35 / 40

With the divorce, I let the ex keep just about all my old Ryobi stuff (the home tools that I had accrued through the years). I really like a lot of the one-off, not-really-tools tools that they have on the 18v platform. First being the bucket top mister fan. I let her keep all those because she does use them from time to time for her hobby stuff and they are all brushed and about 12 years old.

My dilemma is this.... I have a good amount of m12 stuff for work tools that really, I dont use for work at all anymore. I did keep a couple of the Ryobi things that I liked and she didnt care for. I'm not too sure if I should just expand my m12 stuff and just get the the occasional Ryobi odd-ball thing as they come up? I do like the Ryobi outdoor tools and have a 40v leaf blower currently. Also, I really dont want to blow my ENTIRE wad on m18 stuff either......

I have all 5 attachments and they all work amazing. Chainsaw, edger, weedwacker, mulcher, Hedger and 3’ extension for hard to reach places.

I have gas weedwacker for the gnarly work but the electric is nice for the smaller stuff and would work great for most people.
