"IN THE END"!! Who cares? Everyone who Bought In, Watched, OR? knew exactly what they were getting into, and for whatever reason to watch it was entertainment and "IF" you are Upset or feel Cheated.

This is going to be a Difficult Life.

$20.00 Cheap.

Well, I cared and I think a whole lot of other people cared too. As an old guy I was curious (and hoping) to see a real fight and whether an old, way past his prime fighter could hang with a young amateur / exhibition fighter and duke it out. I'm not upset or feel cheated but rather disappointed.

I'd like to have see Tyson go all out the first couple rounds. I'm pretty sure he would have gassed out if he wasn't able to knock out Jake quickly. Now that we all know what happened and Tyson has his money, I'd like to see a rematch, this time with no purse, just bragging rights. Let's make it a 3 round bout and 12 oz gloves. If Tyson is fighting for pride rather than a guaranteed amount of money, would he fight differently?

Despite not caring much for Jake Paul's personality, I do give him respect for his fighting ability. I really think it is time for him to step up and fight a real ranked pro boxer and see how good he really is. Could he be a legitimate champion? I don't know. On the other hand, I don't think he cares. I think like many people today, his concerns are making money and being an internet star rather than being a true champion. I don't think he has the heart. Or maybe he is being smart and not wanting to end up like Mickey Rourke.

Another thing I'd like to see is him fight a retired pro boxer a bit older but not as old as Tyson. Maybe a 40 year old. Not sure who that would be though. So again, can an older pro be competitive with a young amateur?

And what does Jake Paul do from here? He has already called out more "patsies" that he knows he can beat but now I think many people are not going to care any more. Who could possibly pull in more $ than Tyson? He is the ultimate "heel" of the boxing world now so I'm sure many will watch just hoping to see him get beat. I have no more interest, knowing that his fights are (not fake) but predetermined.

There are numerous calls for him to "Step It Up" and fight legitimate Conteners from here on out, or these "Paydays" are over.

I watched it in hopes of seeing the old Iron mike one more time, didn't happen but that fine, still think the guy was great. Jake Paul, well I know the deal, I think he gets fighter pay days which is great, he is getting paid bank with most people wanting to see him get knocked out.

Here's another thing that's a bit disappointing. If you're going to have a fake fight, at least make it interesting like they do in wrestling. Or like any Rocky movie.

Jake should have let Mike hit him good and taken a dive within the first 30 seconds. Imagine the reaction that would have gotten! Then he gets back up, walks around a bit dazed and comes back at Mike with a flurry of shots and Mike reals back and retreats. Next round, Tyson gets knocked down and lets Paul beat him up good for a few more rounds. Let this go on until the last round when Mike gets knocked down again and is barely able to get up but then with 30 seconds left, he rises up and beats the hell out of Paul until the bell rings.

Jake still gets the win, everyone thinks it was real and will be talking about that first knock down, both get to retain their reputation and Jake Paul will actually be able to get viewers to watch him in another fight.

Why didn't they consult me about this before the fight? I would have only charged 10% of the total pay out! 🤣

I forgot to ask last night. What is the stuff Jake Paul and his crew were spraying in the air and huffing?

I was trying figure where is the money is made.... was not pay per view... 50-60M between the two headliners... How much did Netflix pay for it? It took lots of money for promotion and marketing and the venue... I was trying to do the math....
That was my question as well. I went to bed after the two Mexicans ended up in a draw. I had no intention of watching, but I was at the mercy of my Drunk ass FIL. After the split decision of those two I knew the take was on for the rest of the nights entertainment. sleep seemed a better investment.

Only guessing, but I'm thinking there must be something from the Online gambling that sweetened the margins, because It does not add up to me how this was a profitable undertaking.

The play by play seemed extremely B team and it seemed a lot of GenX leftovers got pulled out of the freezer.

I hope Paul finds a new hustle because I can't imagine him topping that in the boxing world. Maybe he'll jump the snake river next?

I don't think Tyson has the self control to land an overhand or uppercut punch without intent to maim. I was disappointed in the outcome, I just find it hard to believe a no holds barred fighter like Tyson wouldn't have gone all in and dove inside Paul's long arms and beat the living shit out of Paul's mid section with his short arms then finished him off with an uppercut.

Everything I read about Tyson in regards to his overall well being and physical shape going into this so called "fight" showed him in great shape ready to do battle. But it turned out that he had trouble just making it back to his corner after every round. It was pretty sad, actually.

Crazy that people bet so much money on a rigged exhibition and how this could be legal. Like betting on wrestling.

He’s also a big Trump supporter, with a pretty well laid out video actually.

Maybe so. But it came out of nowhere. Given the environment, it seemed like a reach to get people to cheer for him.

I have a hard time believing anything he says. He will do or say anything to make money and content. He’s an actor.

Although I’m not a fan of it, I agree that him and his brother are the greatest promoters of all time. They are successful at what they do.

Unfortunate that the sport of boxing is being made a joke when he fights. I’d rather just see MVP Promote real boxers and Paul just stay out of the ring. The girl fight was electric and fun to watch.

The comments are more entertaining than the so called fight presented by Netflix, haha

"Next, Jake Paul will dig up Muhammad Ali and call him out"

"This fight brought me back to Covid with the amount of social distancing."

""I didnt pay and I still want my money back"" 😂

I would send in my buddy @ChumpChange …………..
Funny. I’ll try my luck. Boxing is hard. It takes so much out of you. Cardio is King. I have a bag and as much as I can lift, that bag exhausts me. That’s why street fighting ends in a minute or so. Make it quick.

I’d take my chance with a boxer but I’ve ran into a couple and their body guards are just different. I remember coming across De La Hoya back in the day and he had some big muscle around him because everybody came up to him wanted to fight him.

Yep. Tony Chiaverini was a family friend and a professional boxer out of Kansas City back in the late 70’s and early 80’s. I worked for the company that his father in law owned.
They had story after story of drunks and loud mouths “challenging“ him out in public.
Some were spectacularly funny. Although Tony did everything he could to avoid fighting in public it didn’t always end that way, but it did raise his number of people he had Ko”d significantly.

Rogan has had Tyson on a couple of times. The first time he was promoting his weed brand and was chill. The second Tyson was prepping for a fight. Rogan was just asking his typical questions and Tyson almost came across the table at him. Tyson is the reason Rogan put in a wide ass table in the studio.

Not sure that Mike could fake a fight. He's not exactly a stable individual.

Evidently it brought on a lot of new one-month-and-done $9 subscribers. Maybe a certain residual amount of people won't cancel after the first month.
We are subscribed to 6 different streaming services and maybe only watch 2.

Disney is slowly moving ESPN over to PPV. It's goin to change everything. Netflix is aware of this. Disney cost will most certainly keep goin up, but for now we still only pay $6 a month for it.

In a street fight, I would take Rogan over Tyson. Joe would just take him down and submit him. If Tyson was able to land a big punch, maybe that changes but Joe has been training his entire life.

My kids Grand Master would tell them...

Don't ever get in a fight with a boxer. Their hands are So fast, they will hit you five times before you know what happened.

Fakest shit I’ve ever seen. Fucking nerds believe this shit is legit..

That’s the blocking and tackling of boxing. The most basic boxing shit would’ve knocked Jake out. Dude can’t even throw hands.

Copied from F*c*book

Reason why Jake Paul is a disgrace to boxing if you a grown man that’s a fan of Jake you seriously need help & you should be embarrassed.
1. Fought a retired 40 year old Ben askern ex ufc fighter & he had a hip surgery! 0 boxing experience
2. Fought a washed up retired 40+ year old
Tyron woodley that was in 5 losing streak in the ufc & he had 0 boxing fights! Even though it looked like he took a dive
3. Fought Nate Diaz that is 39+ years old & got paid to not try against Jake Paul, how did Nate beat masvidal in the boxing ring. Why did Nate threw less punches against Jake Paul ? Because shit was rigged.
4. Called out 50 year old retired boxer Floyd mayweather that is over 80 pounds lighter
5. Called out legend manny pacquiao that 48+ years old legend that is retired.
6. Fighting a 60 year old man retired boxer Mike Tyson that hasn’t had a real match over 20+ years! Mike is having health problems & was walking in a Cain.
7. fought august a pro boxer that is 35+ year old that hasn’t fought over 5 years, look like he took a dive.
8. Fought 50+ year old Anderson Silva in a boxing match
9. Said he can beat canelo but never fights him or set up a match.
10 called out Lennox Lewis a retired boxer 60+ year old.
11. He claims to be a boxer but continues to fight retired old non boxers or guys out of their prime.
12. Dana white said when are you going to fight a real boxer that is around the same age & weight! So Jake fought Tommy fury then lost. After that he went back to fighting retired guys that is 40+ years old & only wants a paycheck.
13. Now he’s fighting Mike Perry with 0 boxing fights ex ufc fighter
We need to stop watching this bullshit and falling for it. He got us all with that last ine cause who wouldn't of wanted to watch Mike in the ring one more time. Most of this is our fault. Black list fake paul
