What's everyone's Memorial Day weekend plans? We are heading out to Prescott/Dewey Arizona on Friday morning to visit with my step-daughter and grandkids.

I’m missing the River for one of the few times in about 45 years. We are on a 2 months or more trip around the the US.
Retired end of March, left CA. 3 weeks ago, started at the River for a few day then onto my Granddaughter’s 13 BD in AZ., met Wife’s cousin in Tucson, my cousin at his vineyard out in the middle of nowhere 25 miles south of Tombstone?
Been to Carlsbad Caverns, Corpus Christi TX, Houston Space Center, New Orleans, WWII Museum, Flor-Bama Bar, met friends in Panama City then Key West for a few days. Now in Georgia at my Daughter’s for a few days!
4600 miles with the side trips😎

Decorating the veterans graves at Fort Rosecrans then BBQ with the family. Kids are home from college so it's going to be a great weekend. No river for us but we'll be out in early June for my middle son's 21st bday. He wanted a Roadraper for his first "legal" cocktail.

Heading to White Wash Sand Dunes between Green River and Moab to do some camping and riding. Thursday through Tuesday.
Couple buddies from middle school are meeting us out there with their younger kids. Should be interesting.
We used to camp there regularly together but haven't been there since 2012 or so.

Staying home will probably walk the channel sometime during the weekend and not much else.

Wife wants to head back to our new home in Havasu and do a few things. Normally never go on a Holiday but got things to do. May take boat out. Up to the boss.

The wife and I are doing our usual breakfast and drinks on Saturday morning. Either take the Vette or the 29. Then replacing the power steering valve on the vette. Sunday would be the best bet for boating with 73 degree weather. Not sure. Going to just try and chill. Went to Parker twice in April so no need for the holiday weekend madness.

Poor guy may be disappointed when he asks for a Road Raper and they serve him a Pecker Wrecker, haha.

Staying at home for the most part. Ride bikes to dinner one night for sure and BBQ the others. May stroll around a few of the local public lake launch ramps and observe the shit show......

Just cancelled our camping trip reservations as our friends cant make it and neither my wife or I feel like dealing with all the traffic madness. So, sticking around SoCal to see where the smoggy breezes take us. 👍

Samoa Dragstrip is hosting a big VW event. Picked up some of the fallout from BugORama and added it to the Fast 4 Cartel event. Should be cool with bit of carnage.

Will be boating 4 days and avoiding the crazy as best as possible. We closed on the new house in Viewpoint 2 weeks ago and been on fire filling it up with all new stuff . Our last one sold 100% furnished. This will be the first weekend we have all the kids and grandkids out. I have'nt been this excited about something in a LONG time. Love Love Love my people !!

Maybe the best part was putting the boat in the garage.
