For years and years I did all my towing with a 1 and 7/8 in ball without a problem.

When I finally installed the proper 2-in ball I didn't notice a difference.

I think a backup camera wins over this.

Here’s what’s on my Jeep trailer. Has 3 bearings and other than kind of a pain to hitch up it works well on and off road. I like the design of the above better.

Ahhh yes I get close then hit my screen "enlarge" and can literally put the ball directly under the receiver
