Does anyone know what happened to Maxed Out Marine, I don't see their add on here anymore?

Weird. I’d have to imagine this is about the first place you’d find qualified buyers that are looking? To each his own I guess.

I think that we have too many grinders on here honestly and being we are still in the Toy Boom, boats practically sell themselves from FB ads and Craigslist. Just my guess.

This. Way to many people who jump on an ad just to say it’s overpriced. Meanwhile they have no intention of buying. Which to me is really strange, but it is what it is 🤷🏼‍♂️

I’m not sure I have seen that in any of the paid sections or even our classifieds? Granted I don’t moderate as much as I should but if someone does that they aren’t gonna be here long..

As far as MOM they are trying some different things and I hope it works out for them. :)

There is no such thing as too much advertising...The more places/websites the better...
However I would bet a dollar and a donut that 99.9% of MOM sales were not from RDP

Couldn't tell ya either way. It honestly doesn't matter nor is it any of our business, how someone else operates their business or where their business thrives or doesn't.

That all said RDP I am confident in rdp's abilities overall as a platform. I do think I need to rethink the entire advertising program on here, and better ways of doing it that won't detract, but rather improve the user experience.

The service I got via MOM was incredible. If I had listed on FB of CL, there's no way I would have had time to do what he did for me all as part of the commission. I ran out there to tidy things up only to discover that before he showed it, he had taken it to his shop to attend to the same things and a few more items that I didn't even think to do mostly because they weren't an issue on my ride. Maybe if my shit were stored at my house or even my town it might made sense to handle it myself.

I had a great experience with MOM when I got my magic from them. I only dealt with Tim but heard great things about Ricky.

Well there’s perceptions and realities.. doesn’t bother me.
Well you’ve got 2 people in 21 posts that have sold or bought from them so I think that’s decent odds compared to his numbers?

He’s not giving you too much credit Dave?
My statement was referring to RDP...Not Dave, So lets not start with the fabrication here
I do not believe Dave is the used boat salesman on RDP

Bought and sold through MOM. Ricky’s a good dude. Considering ordering a 21 from him.

I don’t care if Ricky advertises here or not. I’d buy a boat from either him or Paul in a heartbeat. They’re both honest people.
Yes finding trust worthy people able to handle small or large purchases is not easy. He has done this now for years.
