@angiebaby and I had a deal go sideways this week with @tim_maxedoutmarine and I am impressed with how well it was handled by the Maxed Out Marine team. In today's times, it seems like finding people with integrity can be a challenge, but Tim handled the situation extremely well from my perspective. I thought it was worth mentioning since they are a supporter of RDP. Thanks again, Tim.

Sometimes the true character of a business can be seen when something goes sideways. The good businesses step up and take ownership of the situation, the not so good ones disappear, make excuses, etc.

I know some people who sold their boats through Maxed Out and they all had a good experience

So how does it work ?
You sign an agreement then what?
Does your boat stay in your garage and they come and show it or do they keep it at their place ?
If a buyer wants a water test … how do they do that?
What % do they take or is that confidential?

IME, they are the gold standard on how a business is to be ran. Honest, upfront and keep their word. Also master craftsmen and do appear to want customers to be happy so they are happy. Not just for repeat business/referrals.

Mine stayed in storage, they came and grabbed it, topped off all the fluids and charged the batteries prior to showing. I didn't know they were going to do that, so I had gone down to Havasu the week prior to check all the fluids, they were all in range and I cranked it over to make sure the battery was up. They went above and beyond that.
