I am unable to use my Studio timeshare -The Westin Kā'anapali Ocean Resort Villas North
The date (which is locked in) is 6/28/19-7/5/19. Seven nights!! This sleeps 4. King bed with pull out couch ( which our kids say really is nice for a pullout).
So this stay is for the Forth of July. We were there this past 4th.....amazing. A helicopter hovers above the pool and drops thousands and thousands of orchids over everyone in the pool area.... very cool experience.
Our timeshare is for "ocean FRONT". This is the premium views of the ocean. If you call the Kaanapali Westin and book a room they offer a garden view or ocean view. Only the ocean FRONT is available to owners. I am more then happy to conference call with you and the Westin to help anyone with questions or concerns.
During the summer months - Westin charges over $525.00 for a Ocean view.... again what we have to offer is Ocean FRONT.
These are the dates and I can't change them. Also when buying my timeshare, internet Wi-Fi is free and so is parking and resort fee is covered. Other costs to include if you call and book as a regular guest.
We have always been assigned building #8 but once. I have never walked more then 2 minutes to get into the ocean...this is from leaving my room!
There is a minimal Hawaii state tax that you will have to pay when you are there... I pay it as well even being an owner.
Ocean view studio for 7 days during the summer is roughly 4k with all fees.
