Martinez Moved Out?

Anyone notice that the building and lot that Martinez was in has been cleared out? I've seen over the past few weeks that the lot has been getting cleared out. Nothing but some boat molds at the lot now....
Did he move, or close down?

Heard they moved to dick Sherer marine from another post on here. Not sure if it is true or not.

That's the address Lake Elsinore Marine had. Either they're gonna be room mates or LEM moved somewhere else.

I hadn't been in LEM in years, it looked like they were not doing business, at least the store looked closed.

The address Bajastu posted is very familiar. Long ago it was the Solution Boats factory.
At some point later on was owned by a guy named Pete something, boat repair stuff, the guy had so many old outboard engines laying around it was the go to place for obscure used parts.
He rented the back end of the building to Danny and Alex when they started West Coast tooling.

Many many bare hulls produced there back in the day, Cole, Caliber 1, Warrior, Tommy Papp, etc, some of the first Lavey Craft were built there until Jeff and Chris had their spray booth permits.

LEM is still in business there. I just talked to Oscar a couple of weeks ago... Martinez must be moving into the lot behind them.
