The inside that I've seen is clean and simple. The garage is 10 or 12' wide and sixty feet in depth.

Cash and carry unless the note holder will carry paper. You noticed all the docks out front and the private launch ramp, eh.

Yes, they are part of the deal all for the low HOA fees of 150.00 per year and what a deal it is!
