Maiden trip on the Cigarette went great.

Damn i love these boats, buddy of mine actually owned this one years ago. he has always said that it was the best boat he ever owned and he has had a lot of boats. Nice 525 motors that So-cal just rebuilt so should be nice and dependable. top speed right around 85.
Few weeks ago was the first time running it for me and for a 20 year old boat its amazing how tight it still is, Mario and i took it for a spin then met up with Dave and Michael and went on this run,
It will be back in Havasu for Supercat so stop by and say hi, plus it will be stocked with plenty of beers
Looking forward to fun time, Dave put up the video on front page but i know that not everyone checks that so here enjoy,

Hot For Teacher looks better than it ever has. Crazy clean out in loto last I saw. Out Of Control was pretty beat up when I saw it last year at PBC getting top ends refreshed. Just hard to beat how Kevin cared for it.

What first caught my attention was the old batch plant, then I noticed the sign and thought that was pretty cool knowing you and Dan have Cigs. I used to go out and measure up repair parts for conveyors and hoppers at small plants like that.

Funny how the cockpit in the top gun is bigger than in the 42x. Even though the 42x is staggered you’d think with 4 more feet the cockpit would be at least the same size. lol
