They look to be Endos bindings, but he marked it as "sold". DC does sell the outer wrap separate. Maha bindings are a different style, and not usually the choice of racers since they don't have buckle down straps. A clever person might use a couple of pieces of stainless to bolt on a piece of strap to fix the one pictured.
