I've got a newb question @Tony DCB Boats ....


When you vacuum bag, does some of the resin come up inside of all those void spaces/ wrinkles in the "bag"? Do you have to sand/ grind all that off after the "bag" is removed? Would really love to see what's involved in the clean up process after the infusion is complete.

You're doing such an amazing job of showing your process. The level of craftsmanship is an art for sure.

This is Infusion not vacuum bag, to answer your question no it will be all smooth, we have a few ridges from the spiral but its minimal.

It is getting delivered and tested in Havasu in mid January. It will head to it's home in South Carolina shortly after the water test/demo.

Understand their hesitation but you guys do a great job keeping people off the boats. The main draw for the show is to show off the newest hardware. It’s not for the $10 beers or toons.

The boat and CG is different. All of our outboard boats are spinning out

Spinning in should pull stern down.

Spinning inboard does pull the transom down and carries the bow, spinning outboard will give the boat transom lift. the outboards, with the lighter weight and with the weight of the outboard engines likes outboard rotation better.
