M2ME’s Havasu week

[Music to my Ears]

Summer’s are usually busy for me so as things are slowing down, we were finally able to get out to Havasu for a week. I don’t think I’ve ever been out longer than 4 or 5 days so it was a nice escape. The trip started out with just my daughter Mikayla and her friend. My daughter is a hoot so we had some good times!

We had a nice visitor while having coffee on the porch. My daughter is an RVT and works with exotic animals. She would have killed me if I had killed it!

On Tuesday, we had 3 Dunes to ourselves!

My wife, son and his girlfriend came out for a few days on Thursday. We didn’t get the whole family together at the same time but it was still great to get everyone out during the week. A rare treat with kids in their young 20’s.

Looks like you all had a good time! Glad you got the boat out.
We had a wild monsoon Thursday night. I ended up sitting outside till midnight lol.
We didn't end up launching Friday or over the weekend for that matter.

I saw the Conquest Regatta in Steamboat on Sat. We had a nice beach spot.

That monsoon was intense for a little while there! I was surprised how busy it was over the weekend.

My 23, 21 and 17yr old still hang out... As long as there’s free food, trip or money involved.
They do still like the river. As long as they’re not working someone will make it.
