Skagit police dept put out a statement on their Facebook page that it was not a communication error and it was confirmed several times for them not to come back and to tell other agencies not to eat there either.

I think it's already too late to save that business. The world is a very small place these days. Owner's fault. Sad to see.
Monday the place will be packed with Good Cops not taking a free meal, but tryin to save him from his own words...
