Helping my Mom clean out her house in West Cajon Valley (off the 138 in the Cajon pass) she hasn't lived here in over 15 years and it's been used as a collect all storage 40x60 garage. She is finally downsizing and simplifying her life. We have had a couple of antique dealers already come through and get alot of the big ticket items. Still a lot of items left plus tons of boxes that have not been opened yet. I'll post up some items here if anybody's interested. All items are or best offer. Everything needs to be removed or donated by the end of July escrow closes August 25th

Two right hand tires look like they were holding air I didn't want to come through the weeds to see the other side that it looked low. Don't know if they'll take air or they'll need new tires. I need to check with my mom on paperwork I doubt there is any. $400?

5 lug. Two tires completely blown out won't hold air two tires holding in there would probably make the trip down the hill but severely dry rotted if you have four rollers I would bring all four. If you're still interested we will be up there next weekend in full force PM me and I will send you the address.

If you're wanting it today I can be up there again early afternoon. And like I thought there is no paperwork to go with it you would have to do a lien sale for a new title.

I know the home furniture well, all 1980' over the counter. Your prices are not out of line if not nicked, etc. If someone has a cabin in the mountains, that bedroom set is a great fit.

Flatbed trailer is Pending to a member with three other backups. Will advise if all falls through.

If you're meaning the trailer with no siding that's still available. It was intentionally done with no siding as my mom and her husband went to Western craft fairs and sold western-type memorabilia. This was their store and it was done like that to make it look old. Frame and everything is still good but likely just scrap. If interested in that make me a lowball offer and she goes away.
