It’s like anything it’s what you are gonna do with the boat.. for out there they boat a lot differently then we do here. No sand bars / beaches etc.. I’d run a center console all day long for family friends etc.. they are basically the SUV’s of the water.

I love the idea of a larger cruiser with air conditioning down below (and on the upper deck as well!). A full galley etc.. when you get into the big cc’s most of them have some kinda capabilities in that department but nobody I have seen is cooking burgers.. lol. They more take advantage of the full bar setups in the back.

I honestly don’t see myself as one of the fast cat guys.. they are cool as hell if ya want to haul ass, but limited seating, limited storage.. the only thing they do well is haul ass. Maybe when I was younger and less crippled.. but I can’t see me climbing around the side of the windshields etc.

I really like the cig huntress, 42 MTI, intrepid, and many more.. I’m not sure what we are doing next though. I am planning on trying to get a property in that development I referenced earlier and building out there, so I might be house poor for awhile.

Going through this thread now that I'm home.. LOL. That first page of pics is kinda :oops: I don't know how the phone would take pics like that since it's all automated, but it definitely showed the BAC levels while doing it. LOL

I'm hoping my new phone works better than the old one, which I'm sure it does as the old one was a few generations old at that point.

While we there ,totally in awe of the boats and more so the homes, the $$$ subject came up. Is the total in B’s or T’s.

The member who’s developing it goes by @stolen on here..

We just finished and it’s really bad ass, and surprisingly affordable.

And me!! We have about 14 lots sold, and 14 new villas on the way. 38 homes and 14 villas total. Right now 4 homes under construction, and the pool and clubhouse underway. Of the 14 sold, 12 are notable performance boaters. And most of the people looking at buying are as well.

My original idea on this developement was to make it like a "Melrose Place" for cool boaters. And it is exactly what it has become. We will have epic fun runs and dock parties just form our residents.

Welcome to the forum! I am talking with Adam about lot 25 right now and am looking to get that done in the near future!

We did some filming up there if the development for some marketing but have been on the boat event program ever since.. my film guy should have it ready shortly now that we are back in town.

Been a member for years, but got lost for few. LOL

Lot 25 would put you across the street from me as I kept lots 32-34 for our house and shop.
