What a cluster that was.. I was down taking pics on the docks of the Camden.. phone slips out of my hands I’m trying to catch it, but the Coors lights said no way.. it ends up going under the dock.. so I’m down in the water swimming under the dock but ya can’t see shit because it’s murky and there’s a bazillion underwater lights on from the boats.. lol

I surface and there’s Bob Teague filming me with his phone.. 😳

Either way we got a new phone and back in the game.. just lost all the pics from last night.

Actually down filming a new bad ass development as we speak.. I can also turn you onto an amazing real estate agent out here. We went out with her on Thursday and her knowledge of docks, designs, the lake, locations etc was extremely impressive.

I can get ya a water front lot in the low to mid 300’s.. second tier lot for mid 100’s!

Stacy and I are going to get one in here.

That’s the one. It actually is an rdp members development, and we are gonna do some marketing for it because it’s literally a development for performance boaters.

The member who’s developing it goes by @stolen on here..

We just finished and it’s really bad ass, and surprisingly affordable.

That island used to be called the Hawaiian Island. Gas dock and a small grocery store on the back side and they built docks on the west end where the causeway is now. I worked there in the mid 70’s pumping gas and working on docks.
Lots of history with those condo’s, do lots and lots of research.
