Looking for Parker Storage Unit

After 12 years of a great storage unit in Parker it's time to move on. The heirs of an estate are selling the units so we're looking for a new one. We're looking for a unit that will store a 21' ski boat, a wave runner and enough space on the side or rear of the unit for one storage rack. I can call the usual places in town but figured I's start here first since a mutual friend is how we found our last place. If anyone has one or can give me a referral I'd appreciate it. We are looking to rent beginning February 1st if possible.

I just got in there a few months ago, the waiting list was a bit long.

Windmill had spaces when I left them, their only problem is it's a bit tight to get in with a long truck.
