Those parts look like rod guides for your cavitation plate control rod. They are custom made out a small length of large aluminum hex stock and black annodized. The end facing down should have a blind threaded hole used in mounting the guide to the stringer. I have seen them in Hondos and Canyons that Wayne Mettler has rigged. i can make one, I have a small machine shop in my garage at home. (805) 584-3033

Yep, came out of my Hondo .... one of them has a broken bolt in it and it doesn't want to come out, I gave up on it but I might be able to take it somewhere to have it removed. I thought it might be custom made, seems alot of the stuff was then. Thanks for the offer Boat Anchor and I will let you know.
