Looking for info on a 90s walk-thru boat.

Found a boat for sale locally, the seller says it is a "Legend Falcon". I think it says Legend Falcon 205 on the stern. I cannot find anything online about them. Maybe someone here can tell what it is by the lines of the boat? The seller is clueless.

It looks somewhat familiar, but I can't place it. Does the seller have a title for the boat? If so, who is the builder? If he doesn't, see if he is willing to give you the HIN number on the right side of the transom. The first three letters will tell you who built the boat. If there is no HIN number and he's unwilling or unable to give you any other info, I'd be very careful proceeding forward. Just my .02.

Got the HIN LPBQ1004H990. Does come back as "Legend Powerboats" built August 89. Cannot find a thing about them via google search. Might be a one off? Did someone make a boat out of some molds from a Carrera?

Seems odd the HIN has a Q in it as it's noted in few of these links that the letters "I", "O", and "Q" are forbidden in the Production or Serial Number, https://www.marinetitle.com/aspnet/hinum.aspx?hinum=LPBQ1004H990

The letter Q would be just a mistake by the manufacture. This boat was made in September of 1990, as a 1990 model
