Looking for an AC unit

How much should a 5 ton package unit cost with gas for heat? Anyone have a lead on where to get one? I’m in Phoenix but will travel if reasonable!

When I flip homes, I just buy Goodman units. They can be bought on Amazon or EBay for very competitive prices. Not the best, but they aren’t Rheem either.
