Triathlon at Windsor 4 that starts at 730a. Swim first and after bike on London Bridge road up to Crystal Beach and back. I would guess it would be open 10a-11a.

Not a full. Several options. Longest on the bike is 24 miles. Run looks to be on London Bridge sidewalk down to the channel by the casino boat, and down thru Rotary.

My wife is doing it. 1500 meter swim, 40k bike and 10k run. The bike includes two laps of the outer loop hills of Crystal Beach. The run makes two laps through Rotary park and Channel, then ends at Windsor four.
