Anyone interested in buying? We bought a home in Havasu and no longer need this. It’s a deeded 1/52 interest in their best unit. You get a week annually and the sale includes a week from August 12th to 19th, 2022. We’ve owned this for years and the stays have always been pleasant. You can add a dock to your stay and leave your boat in the water all week if you choose as well.

The annual maintence fee is currently $1,060 and it’s been paid for 2022. I believe London Bridge can effect the transfer for a nominal fee.

It a one time payment of $2,000 and the transfer fee and it’s yours forever.

Maintenance is paid for the year and, the week of August noted above comes with it.

Not sure what the transfer fee is however, it was in the $400 range some years ago.
