This sucks Dave. I would be a fireball at this point. Any luck with Stacys texts to get a time frame? Do you remember doing any emails or pictures that day maybe also to put a date to it?

We went back a long ways and didn’t find anything

Sometimes I have to look at my photo gallery , look up the metadata on the picture , to find dates of where I have been and when. Did you take any pics that day?

You can see the last times you were at the bank location. Should tell you date, time and how long you were there

Then click significant locations

Then I assume you’ll click Lake Havasu city AZ.

Might be more specific like London Bridge etc. from there it’ll show these blue dots. Hopefully you have one over the credit union location

If you have an iPad or mac computer, you can do a search through all iMessages, even ones deleted on your iPhone. Also, sometimes on the iPhone, you can search a keyword and it will list all messages and emails, even deleted ones. Just swipe down and theres a search tab and type in any phrase you may have used when you paid the loan to at least try to get a date.

So to make you feel better. Years back had a customer give payment to one of my guys. Cash - large amount. Should have been 10k stacks. I get, put away. Never counted it. Months later I pull out to pay a guy. Go to count and find 100s on outside 50s inside.
Ended up being 5k each.
Lesson learned.
Guess who counts on the spot now.

I have to search for the receipt and go through the rdp bank acct next to see if I ADOT her a check. Im
Pretty sure it was green though.

if they took the cash and didn't apply it to some bank account their ledger wouldn't balance. They would have either applied the cash to the wrong account or an employee walked off with it. The latter is pretty unlikely....

Definitely make a claim at the bank branch and be sure to involve the operations manager and branch manager
