The throw a lawsuit in to sue for defamation, against Lin..

At this point he has them in court, him as the defendant..

He can now call them to the stand, have them under oath, testify that what Lin has said is false..

At that point if he can prove said facts the judge has no choice but to listen and make a ruling..

If he can get one case in this manor the dominoes may start to fall??
