Come on Pat, Depends on who's driving maybe Fastest we've had one with stock 700's and 40's was 139 with four guys and 1/2 tanks.

Not to mention that those 700's can be pretty easily bumped up to 820, 840 or whatever it is.

I just reported true speeds from the guys that own them and run them in the heat of the day for everyday use. I think 140 is a stretch. Back in the day look at all the 29's with 700 & 710's. How many 140's were reported? Zero. More like low 120's. And I'm not reporting Manufacture numbers because they were always higher than when the boat was run for the mag reviews. Just my .02 I'd rather see every day speeds reported over that of once in a life time fluke reporting.

You guys are right. Call it a senior moment. 625's in F-29 were low 120's and I have been in an F-29 with 710's @ 136. But that was not an everyday number. So M-31 with same power is going to be 5+ faster?

Dale has his M31 in Havasu with 700's and i think he said with his family junk in the boat and 39's hes 132-134? I dont know of any other 31's with 700's in havasu. It always depends of what you bring and keep in your boat

I run with Russ Wilkin here in Havasu. He has 700's and would luv to see 130. I bet the other M-31 is not pulling 39's in this heat. More like 37's

I saw that boat at a liquidators Pat, now its on OSO.. The ad on OSO looks alot nicer, boat looks all cleaned up. The ad I saw a few weeks ago, the trailer looks all messed up, and the boat looked very dirty.

Pat, you probably know that boat. There was a thread about it in the dcb forum on OSO, and it was purchased at pier57.com last year. Ad said it had Merc 700s.

It's possible. No idea what the conditions were for this one, but allegedly 141.6 with 36" props
