There are two others 625& 650k. I don’t understand why everyone is obsessed with an RV garage? You guys all own class As? I guess I’m poor I see several real nice 3 car garage homes under 600k with pool one for 520 has a separate 1 car garage you could modify with your 79k savings.

I’d never live out here without one.. great hang out area when you have friends over etc

by the time you go with a 10' high door,.. might as well go 14' the other idea is to be able to park stuff inside...

thats a good example of what I'm saying, that one is another thats all the money... just have to take a closer look... you could never bring that home up to date for any amount, you would be demo'ing it... and cheeper to just have a new home built... the asphalt roof with the lean 2 garage for starters... the 8' exterior walls and low ceilings in the bedrooms, the honey oak cabinets , the square tile floor is not bad... but a new home will get you plank.... nothing you can do about the 23 years old.. but new homes have more efficient windows , doors and insulation.... this would be a super vacation home, and week end rental with the pool.... and plus of the rv garage.... but again... it's all the money for a 1400"r when you can buy new 2000 sq ft for 800k and have a new modern rv garage home... so again... not seeing any big discount here....2543 Hillview Dr, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403 | Zillow

I know its overpriced I just tried to pull up the lowest price home with a pool and RV garage. If rates are 6% I'd like to see the pool rv garage homes starting in the low 400s thats only an additional 33% drop. Though I don't think its a tear down there is a home for everyone my home in BHC is from the 80s and has the honey oak. Its not the end of the world. I put in new appliances it helped some.
