Is this place clean and any good? Other options for carne asada and such?

It’s good just pricey. Other option is Food City they got pretty good Carne Asada and Pollo Asada. Best breakfast burritos in town.

Another vote for Food City over that market. Way to expensive for what you get.

We like it. Pricy though, but I think we noticed that it was a little less last time we were there. Almost the same price as going out to a restaurant though.

It’s very good but if you’re feeding a large group the sticker shock is real.

its good, but bring your wallet.

honestly i've gotten to the point where I bring legit meat out w/ me in an ice chest. My local spot i can get prime meats for the price they're asking for in havasu. If i'm out there and didnt plan, sure i'll go there and suck it up. Its a great little market though.

The meat is good, but the store is barren, last time i had to go to another store to get the tortillas cillantro and onion.... But the meat was good.

Now that everyone mentions it, i do remember it being pricey though

We love it… Yes, it’s pricey… but what isn’t? We also buy their marinade and take it back to California and cook our own. BTW, their breakfast burritos are 100%!

I would stock up at Stater Bros and bring it. They just had it at $5.99 and meat is great.

I’ve walked in twice and walked back out. Can’t get myself to eat their food by the time I walk through the store.

I can’t remember if it was $40-50, but they use to have a family special with rice, beans, pollo and asada that would feed 5 of us. It was the best deal. That’s long gone.

Never found good marinated carne asada in Havasu, despite trying various places. Either the meat was tough, or we just didn’t like the flavor.

We always bought it in Redlands from a place called Ranch Market and brought it out. A little trimming and a short soak in some lime juice and grilled. Used it in burritos, tacos or chopped up in quesadillas.

Yup was just about to post about this. Pre Covid bs for 40 or so you got a couple pounds beef a couple pounds chicken… tortillas rice and salsa was a great deal.
