done before the weekend..still have to run new drains, replace flooring and cleanup some more damaged drywall…but function is key atm… hopefully now I can have some fun!

Found the receipt for the last one.. was just over 6yo…cost was 825$ installed with haul off of old one.. (2018)

I am.. $850 in this with the stand, new pan, hoses, and gas line… not including the rest of the stuff still to do, and no labor since I did it… these things have went up, even buying though my supply house channel 😳🙄

That must be a AZ one. No low nox valve assembly which is a plus.

A lot of plumbing companies here in the Southbay are charging $2200-3800 but it would be up to CA code on install. Smell good plumber $4400+

Boating today. Then going up to our other place in Sarasota for at least tonight and tomorrow night. More of a party atmosphere up there. Monday will probably BBQ with friends at the new place.

We go dove hunting every year on opener, which is always 9/1 whatever day that lands on, its always hard when 9/1 is on or near Labor Day because I want to be on a boat for labor day and drinking coldies, not in the heat and dirt....so this years plan was to skip Yuma where we normally go and just find something local for the day...but thats nearly impossible, so my son "convinced" me to head to Yuma Saturday night, hunt the morning hunt and dont stop hunting until we limit, once we both limit for the day, we will head home and be back by Sunday evening....so thats the plan!

Going to be sitting on the lower patio with misters on watching the craziness go by on the river, and dunking every 10-15 minutes.

We are having family and friends over for a BBQ and taco fest. My wife is making Barria tacos (she is an amazing cook and these are awesome!) and I am smoking some tri-tip roasts and chicken. Cornhole and croquet in the back yard, tennis and pickleball across the street in our private park will also be part of the activities. Yea, I am getting old, might have to bust out the UNO / Scrabble before we light up the fire pit and left over 4th of July mortars.

25 tons of gravel and a skid steer. Once that's done building a RC track.

Friday night is def leopard 🤘
Survived Friday. Normal downtown shit show to park. Reserved a spot online days ago. Lot was full when we got there. They send us to another lot 4 blocks aways. That's about 30 minutes to get there.
Petco was full. Very cool seeing that many people at a rock show with not current rock bands
Steve Miller was Steve Miller. Sounded average. Stage show was like a old guy, but I did know every word

Journey, meh. They phoned it in . You can tell they hate each other. Singer I can't seems to like. It was one guitar solo after another. Like they were actually trying to shit on eachothers limelight. Fun cause you know every song but that's it.

Def Leopard, killed it. My ears are ringing. Played all of pyromania.

I'm sure glad it's Friday

Friends in Phoenix saw the same event in Phoenix and made the same comments that you had.

Very nice! If I remember correctly, isn’t your cabin near Greer, AZ? I’m a fly fisherman as well. We are heading back up there the end of September. Where do you fly fish? Thanks 😊

Meant to list the community my bad lol. My uncle has a few houses in there and Just bought the one across the street. Was talking about the one to the left but not sure he wants to.

Was just there last week walking the house and saw your pic and had Deja vu. Beautiful homes, hope you have a blast!

Yea the one next door just came back on the market after the new owner gave it a nice swizal - crazy properties for a flip!

It was nice before, I had been there a few times - but it’s all fresh now after the redo.

Always a good time there.

Spent today at my daughters volleyball tournament.
Her 13yo team finished 2-1. Beat two HS age teams, but lost to a 14yo team (25-23, 25-22).
All in all a good day. Daughter played great and her fall ball team has only had 2 practice sessions.

Drove down to Parker Friday, spent the night there then down to Blythe Saturday and was back home Saturday night and grilled some steaks.

Waiting for AAA to replace a battery under warranty and then who knows what the rest of the weekend holds.

Only pic I got was this beautiful Stoker which I believed is owned by the owner of Lower River Outboards.

Is that boat moving??
They did stop and sit in the are near the bridge to get the image.

Also the end to a great day. Went out at 7am and came home around 7:30pm. Ended up swapping out the wife from the morning with our son at 12:30 then we Met up with friends until dark. This was the first time the our son and I retrieved at dark. Had friends near but didn’t help one bit. One of the best days for me in years. also met a great family at three dunes.

Now just have one more day to do it once again…

Antelope hunt turned adventure. Didn't make it down to the delta but spent some amazing time with my fiancé. She got the truck stuck and the highlight was Brad Paisley's song mud on the tires came on after we got it out 🤣. No antelope this trip, but we are heading back Friday for the last two days of the hunt to try and fill my tag.
