Hopefully this is not a vin. Did an RDP search and found nothing. I’m hearing about a Mex food truck in LHC, ‘La Baja‘. Has anyone tried it? Menu, location, hours etc? I have to agree with what I believe RD has said - When it comes to really good Mex food in town . . . there is none. Maybe this food truck is good news?

Friendly service and flavorful food. Marlin taco and ceviche are my go to. Pairs perfectly with havasushi, they share the same lot.
With proper care, Marlin is really good. Makes me wonder where all of those Cabo caught Marlin ended up. They always said, they went to “the orphanage”. If so, those kids must have REALLY liked fish!

Where is the truck parked? We’re going back for Desert Storm and I want to try it.

What’s KAWS?c
Looks like it means, Kitchen And Work Space. Now, WTF does that tell us? Not much. But the address, 2144 McCulloch, seems to jive with where the LaBaja food truck is supposed to be parked, when it’s serving.

We were fans of Pinche Guero Tacos. Pricey? Yes, But, damned good. They are missed. Kinda that same general area of town.
