Sometimes you just have to find the "other side/humor" in the situation.. to keep yourself out of a situation(that your mind will take you) (you of all will get that)

Anger management in my youth was lifting weights...which would occasionally backfire spectacularly when I would redline.

Now, in comparison, I'm fat and old. Now, well now I try and turn that anger into motivation.
The opposing team doesn't know what team they play for, or even why they play. They do what they're told. By and large, they lack motivation.

To me, it's become increasingly obvious we're doomed. Most ignore it. Some deny it and a few are just scared.
