I read an article in early Dec that stated his party was asking him to resign. He said he'd consider it. Came back the next day and said, "Naw, I'm good." They were afraid of a bloodbath in the next election if he stayed. It will still likely happen, they are just trying to slow the bleeding.

I think Pierre has a chance, since the polls for Trudeau is so bad, only a miracle could save Justin's azz. The NDP guy Singh turned on him is also hated as much as him in BC.
