To tell you the truth I have a pretty good relationship with ole Steve outside the boards. I called him tonight because I wanted to talk to him about life and some other things, and honestly I miss some Steve around here.

That said, as I told him his fate is in his own hands. I'm not gonna intervene if it doesn't work out. I have several friends that these websites as a whole has caused problems with "us". and several friends I'm sure that this website is probably the procuring cause of the friendship as a whole.

I'll be friends with Steve with or without it... honestly probably better without it. But I do miss his posts, and his wisdom on a variety of topics so we'll give it a shot again.

Steve,

I always enjoyed your Hey Lam builds. Houses, boats, RV's, even when you sold them and turned a profit. You know how to work the system and that, I applaud you. The side show that happened, I never saw or heard about. DO your thing, stay away from drama. Show us your new builds. God knows you are working on something. :)

Other than Dave, Steve was the first guy I ever met, gave me a beer at one of Dave's first get together's when Dave moved to Havasu.:cool:

thinks always have a way of working out,...Me and ole RD have some interesting talks....pretty aguementive at times..but always end up excepting the opinion of each other, I probley try to father him too much, and tell him what he should be doing..we tell each other F off a lot, but always end conversations on a good note..I'm king of proud of ole Dave..not the way "I" would do it ....but he is making it work his own way..I do like being part of this group, and having a place in havasu is a big part of the whole deal...running in to the members here on the water is always a good time...errrr, should I say most of the time..see you on the water...

Thanks, I got a lot on my plate right now...building a new house in havasu, major remodel in Vegas,got all new furniture for the "COOLRIG" rv about 3 months ago and still haven't the time to install it,..bought a 210 hallett that I haven't took the cover of since I bought it..fugglyest hallet ever built..and I've never even drove it...

bought a 210 hallet with a 500 hp...can't give it away it's so fuggly,... fuggy duck is what I'm gonna name it, bought a lot in havasu, had to raise it 12' and build a $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ retaing wall, haven't figured out to build it as a spec, or move in it when it's done,

All is well over here. We dropped our trailer at the Islander for the season this past weekend and the boat comes out on Friday. We are doing Havasu this year and are really looking forward to being in the mix. See you soon. [emoji106]

the back yard went from Zero to down 12' in about 70' of the lot so I had a retaining wall built and leveled the yard..bitchin back yard lake view and only 2 miles to Windsor ramp
